“We can’t wait to get started,” said Torgerson. “This is a project that we’ve had our eye on for a number of years.  Growing up next to Pacific Raceways, being fans of auto racing and being involved as a raceway sponsor over the years has allowed us to meet with a number of race fans and discover the key to offering successful food and beverage service for Pacific Raceways,” Scarimbolo adds.

“We are thrilled for the new food and beverage changes that Dominique Torgerson, Dane Scarimbolo and their team will bring to the food and beverages enjoyed by our fans and racers,” said John Ramsey, general manager of Pacific Raceways. “They have a real passion for serving customers and a commitment to providing quality food that is affordable. This is an exciting time for the raceway as we move ahead with our development plans. Improving and expanding the customer experience is a top priority for us all.”
