Troiani Hails Summer with Coastal Tuscan Dishes
Special Prix Fixe Menus Offered June 17 through August 30

SEATTLE, Wash.—(May 30, 2008)—If you can’t go to Italy, why not let Italy come to you?

Tuscany may be half a world away, but for a culinary adventure there’s no need to travel any further than Third and Madison.

Inspired by the summer warmth that bathes the Tuscan coast along the Tyrrhenian and Ligurian Seas, Troiani’s Executive Chef Peter Levine transports guests with a series of three-course prix fixe menus for $30, or $46 with paired wines selected by Troiani’s wine director. The menus are exclusive of tax and gratuity.

Debuting on June 17, Troiani will offer both of the following Tuscan prix fixe menus:

Insalata Panzanella
Tomatoes, croutons, white beans, basil, capers; fresh basil, balsamic reduction
Paglia e Fieno
Housemade spinach & egg fettuccine; creamy wild mushroom sauce
Summer Berry Stack
Genoise; cherry liquor summer berries, whipped cream

Or

Prosciutto and Melon
Seasonal melon, Parma ham; grilled ciabatta
Roast Pork Tenderloin
Fennel, apple & orange salad; natural juices
Affogato di Gelato
Vanilla gelato, drowned with espresso; housemade biscotti
