Wilde Rover Toasts Second Anniversary with “Beltaine” Mondays in May
Anniversary Promotion to Benefit Hopelink

KIRKLAND, Wash.—(April 23, 2008)—If braving the rowdy crowds on St. Patrick’s Day was out of the question, Wilde Rover Irish Pub & Restaurant is providing additional opportunities to celebrate: every Monday evening in May, in honor of its second anniversary.

The Gaelic word for the month of May is “Beltaine,” also the name of an ancient Celtic festival marking the beginning of the summer season. Instead of “the Wearin’ o’ the Green” associated with St. Paddy’s Day, guests are invited to save a little green with “Beltaine” Mondays, a special promotion offered from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on May 5, 12, 19 and 26.

To commemorate the 24 months that Wilde Rover has been open for business, two diners may choose from the dinner menu any one appetizer OR dessert plus any two entrées and two non-alcoholic beverages for only $24. Live Celtic music will also be featured, with no cover charge; artists scheduled to appear include Geoffrey Castle, Dan Connolly and friends.
