Lori Randall / Principal Lambrusco could have been one of her first words! Lori Randall’s father, a wine wholesaler in the Midwest since 1960, taught Lori to use chopsticks, eat Escargot and enjoy espresso by the time she was in grade school. Her love of foreign foods and the history of viticulture is embedded in her and plays an integral role in the path she has chosen. |

Lael Carlson / Senior Account Consultant After earning her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Wash., Lael briefly explored a career in radio before returning to school at the University of Washington for a Certificate in Public Relations and a Certificate in Editing. She started at Randall PR in 2002. She speaks regularly on the Careers in Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations panel at the University of Puget Sound and served as keynote speaker at the 2006 Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth Symposium. |

She joined RPR in 2007 after moving back to Seattle from New York City, where she worked for Rubenstein Communications on accounts such as Al Roker Entertainment, Mont Blanc, New Years Eve in Times Square, Time Magazine, Tribeca Film Festival, ABC TV Series “Mad Men” and Greenwich Hotel. |

Kelsey Simmons / Account Executive Kelsey earned her Bachelor of Arts from Gonzaga University and has experience working with a wide range of clients, from Fortune 100 companies to startups. She has worked in both an agency environment at Hill & Knowlton in corporate crisis communications and technology as well as lifestyle public relations at beauty.com. Her recent work includes Nars, DuWop, NY Fashion Week, Latah Creek Cellars and HP Products.

Krista Koster / Assistant Account Executive Krista holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Seattle University. After completing her first PR internship at Gilda's Club Seattle she went on to DeLaunay Communications Inc. in Seattle as an Assistant Account Executive where she worked on clients such as The Washington Dairy Products Commission, The Master Builders Care Foundation and Kawasaki's Personal Watercraft Safety School. Krista is the President of Gilda's Young Professionals and volunteers at Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center. She is also a former world champion equestrian. |

Callie Snyder / Public Relations Coordinator Callie received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Puget Sound. Before joining Randall PR, she completed public relations internships at the Museum of Glass and Seafair. Callie is a member of the Alpha Phi alumni association and is a volunteer at the Museum of Glass in Tacoma, Washington.
