FETCH! is hosting the 4th annual Wine Tasting Walkabout Fundraiser to raise money for leash less dog parks on Whidbey Island. FETCH! is a grass-roots, not for profit organization that has established and maintains five leash less dog parks in Island County. Five different wines are offered for tasting and gourmet human and canine foods will be available. The Dog Gones, Steve Showell and Joanna Rouse are playing live blue grass music. Every year on a warm August night, nearly 1,000 people celebrate Seattle’s iconic Pike Place Market with a Sunset Supper. More than 70 first-class restaurants, wineries, and breweries, including Purple Café and Wine Bar offer delicious creations served buffet style. From 7:30 to 11 p.m., this celebration features al-fresco dining in the Pike Place Market arcade, live music, dancing under the stars, and a raffle wheel featuring fantastic prizes.
